About Purcell Construction

Purcell Construction handles jobs ranging in size from $25,000 to $200 million dollars for a wide array of clients. For the past 30 years, we have been constructing new buildings and expanding and renovating older buildings under a variety of contracting methods including design build, construction management and traditional general contracting for military and private sector clients.

Our primary markets are military design/build construction, commercial general construction and construction management.  Our prime market areas are mainly in Upstate New York and Central Virginia; however, we have performed work in various other areas in the Northeastern United States.
