The facility contains several styles of private
residence rooms, administrative offices, medical
clinics, nurses stations, med rooms, call systems,

state of the art mechanical systems. A separately
monitored memory care wing includes special
accommodations for individuals with early to mid
stage Alzheimer’s disease. The facility is 84,000 sf
and contains 84 apartments.
