This design-build project is a 126,860 square feet, 129 unit, residential apartment complex. The four story wood-framed building is constructed on a podium cast-in-place parking garage. Features include a lobby, gym, covered parking, rooftop patio, and sun & shade decks. Overlooking the James River and the Richmond city skyline, the building boasts scenic views from balconies and an extensive roof deck offering lounge chairs, gardens and a fire pit. The complex will consist of 105 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom apartments and 6 studio units. The remaining 6 units will be converted to first floor tenant suites for storefront retail/commercial space. This project is currently under construction and will be available for leasing in June of 2014.
