The City View Marketplace project consisted of four apartment buildings with 141 dwelling units and one three-story building with 20 townhouse units each with individual rooftop balconies. The work included all required sitework, site utilities within the property boundaries, site concrete, demolition and asphalt pavement and roadwork. One of the buildings was constructed with a parking garage that accommodates 91 spaces and a pool courtyard above the parking area.
