The project consists of constructing (2) 4-5 split, wood framed, apartment buildings with 250 units and (3) garage buildings totaling 279,299 net SF. The buildings were constructed on a 15 acre site. Site improvements involved preparing two sites for future retail buildings and an elevated pool plaza constructed behind Building 1. This project was financed through Virginia Housing.
