411-415 College Ave

Ithaca, NY

This redevelopment of the iconic 411-415 College Ave resulted in a new building at the entrance to Cornell University in the City of Ithaca. As part of this project the former building was demolished to make way for a mixed-use building that houses students and seeks to become a hub for student activity in the surrounding “off-campus” area. This 59,000 sf building features ground floor retail space, 56 apartments on floors 2 through 6, and shared amenities to support the students.
