This design build project consisted of the construction of a 6,500 sf professional office building. The building is separated into two suites. Suite A consists of Cardiology Associates of NNY offices and exam rooms and accounts for half of the total building area (about 3,500 SF). Suite B was not built out during this phase of the project. This Cardiology suite is configured with a vestibule waiting and reception area at the entrance as well as an accessible restroom. Exam rooms and offices are situated around the outside of the building to make use of natural light. Common areas like restrooms, mechanical/custodial space, break rooms and storage space were arranged in the center of the floor plan for accessibility.
