Collaborative Learning Center

Purcell Construction acted as the construction manager for the Collaborative Learning Center at SUNY Jefferson. The Center is a 36,000 sf, two-story building that consists of classrooms, a library, lounges, group study areas, student resource offices, and the campus security offices. The vision of this building was to establish a space specifically designed to engage students in collaboration. The classrooms and study spaces were arranged to accommodate a collaborative teaching approach.

The Arc Jefferson-St. Lawrence serves many of it’s clients through it’s main building on Gaffney Drive in Watertown. This renovation project ensured the continuation of its adult day hab and children’s preschool programs offered on site at this main building.
