This 23,622 sf building provides a hazardous material storage facility to accomodate packaged Petroleums, oils and lubricants along with other materials classified under environmental rules as hazardous. The building contains 13 seprate storage modules to accommodate different hazard classes, a shipping and receiving area, administrative offices, material handling equipment, supply room, truck docks and administrative office areas.
