East Hall, Jefferson Community College

This design-build project consisted of a 95,000 square foot, four-story, 298 bed residence hall and the related site work on the campus of the Jefferson Community College. The building is ā€œLā€ shaped, with two four story wings merging with a single story common area. The unit types in the building include 220 doubles, 78 singles in 5 different suite style apartments. The commons area includes community space for the students, lounges, classrooms, a computer lab, meeting room, storage, and office space. Students moved into the building in August for the 2014-2015 academic year.
