This project consisted of constructing nine three-story buildings with associated parking in Midlothian, VA. This project was financed through HUD. A total of 238 market-rate apartments were constructed in a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The housing development includes amenity space in Building 9 – with a centrally located clubroom, pool, fitness center, and outdoor grills for tenant use. Commercial spaces were designed into the development as well.
