The Jefferson County Hospice Administrative Offices & Residential Center is a 19,230 sq. ft. facility that consists
of a 7,000 sq. ft. residential wing that has 8 resident rooms, as well as a spa area and a beauty salon. The
Administrative Office Area is 9,000 sq. ft. that contains 18 individual offices, a caseworker area
with 12 work stations, a large assembly room as well as a staff lounge and break room.

There is also a 3,320 sq. ft. area dedicated to creating a comfortable homelike atmosphere for family members to spend quality time with residents. This area has a very large kitchen/dining room area where meals are prepared and served. There is also a very comfortable living room area with a fireplace as well as sitting areas and game tables. Just off the living room area are two large stone patios and walking paths for outdoor enjoyment.

The facility is also equipped with a 1200 sq. ft. maintenance facility.
