Black River Valley Club

Our design-build team undertook the complete interior and exterior renovation of the former Black River Valley Club on Washington Street in downtown Watertown.  The Building now serves as home to the NNY Community Foundation’s Philanthropy Center.  Renovations included converting the front portion of the building to high quality office and meeting space.  The two-story rear portion of the building was demolished and replaced by a new three-story addition showcasing the facilities new main entrance and reception area.
