Car-Freshner Corporation Addition and Renovations

Watertown, NY

This project included 23,000 sf of new construction and renovations. The 18,000 sf, two-story addition included 26 offices on the first floor, with additional space for cubicles. The second floor was designed to be open to accommodate cubicle space. Because the existing Car-Freshner building was L-shaped, this new construction squared off the building and allowed for new courtyard space between the addition and the existing structure.

Renovations included 5,000 sf of office space in the section where the additional and the original structure came together. Purcell Construction staff worked night shifts so as not to displace Car-Freshner employees during business hours.
