Working interactively with DASNY and SUNY Brockport campus staff, our design-build team developed a project which meets functional space needs of the residence life staff and students, while maintaining an affordable project budget. Focusing on amenity spaces in the central core of the building, our team was able to ensure the long term needs of students will be met. The design layout fosters a collaborative learning environment including technology-rich classrooms, group study rooms, student lounges and multipurpose space. The building features 267 beds in the following configuration: seven (7) ADA singles, 256 doubles, and four (4) RD apartments.
