This historic preservation project of a three story building in downtown Watertown included the conversion of manufacturing space into mixed-use space, including 15 apartments on the upper floors with commercial occupancy and new store fronts maintained on the ground floor. The construction included complete historically accurate façade renovations and complete interior renovation, including all mechanical systems.
