The Lodge at Ives Hill is a New York State Department of Health Licensed Enriched Housing project located at 1201 Jewell Drive, Watertown, NY. The Lodge at Ives Hill is a “residential social model” of Assisted Living, providing 24 hour supportive care for senior citizens needing supervised care. Residents are provided supervised care by licensed nursing staff and a supervising physician. They are provided assistance with activities of daily living, like
dressing, bathing, three full meals a day, and administration of medicines and oxygen. The goal of The Lodge is to provide a higher level of care to enhance the quality of life of the residents who live there.
The Lodge is a one-story structure totaling 13,913 sf and includes 10 studio apartments and 8 one bedroom
apartments. Common areas of the building include a living room, dining room a spa and salon, central laundry
area, nurses’ station, nurses office, and secure medication room. The Lodge is located on a 2.3 acre site, and
site improvements included all underground infrastructure, new roads, drives and plantings.
