Purcell Construction recently celebrated the completion East Hall with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Jefferson Community College. This residence hall will accommodate nearly 300 students and met an aggressive twelve month construction schedule to open for the Fall 2014 semester.
This project is located in one of Richmond’s most exciting neighborhoods, Manchester, VA. This 135-unit apartment complex will feature retail space on the ground floor and access to a rooftop patio for residents.
The Purcell-LECESSE JV team renovated the historic F.W. Woolworth Building on Public Square in Watertown, NY. The iconic building, shown here in August 1948, was considered the birthplace of the 5 and 10 cent business.

From design to execution to completion, their work ethic, quality control and safety programs, management of subcontractors and meeting scheduled milestones is reflected in the overall success of the project.
