Purcell Construction recently celebrated the completion East Hall with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Jefferson Community College. This residence hall will accommodate nearly 300 students and met an aggressive twelve month construction schedule to open for the Fall 2014 semester.
This project is located in one of Richmond’s most exciting neighborhoods, Manchester, VA. This 135-unit apartment complex will feature retail space on the ground floor and access to a rooftop patio for residents.
The Purcell-LECESSE JV team renovated the historic F.W. Woolworth Building on Public Square in Watertown, NY. The iconic building, shown here in August 1948, was considered the birthplace of the 5 and 10 cent business.
Since this was the first venture for the College into Housing, Purcell Construction worked with the College, sharing their experience and expertise to provide us with an excellent product on time and within budget. Time for completion was critical, and Purcell delivered. I highly recommend Purcell Construction without reservation. They are committed to providing the best project possible and working with their clients to ensure satisfaction.
